Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute (JITRI) is a non-profit organization based in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China, which was founded in December 2013. Her 35+ years of experience includes strategy development, department creation, staffing and budgeting, sensory facility/infrastructure, cross-functional and cross-geography relationship building, and delivering business relevant results that are clear, concise and compelling. 

Lori is credited with two Packaging Design Patents and a Trade secret, as well as the Charles M. Dudley Medal for ASTM International publications that have impacted their field.  
Lori developed an auditing system to assess the strengths and weaknesses of companies’ Consumer Science and Sensory Evaluation capabilities; she is also an adjunct instructor at Dominican University in River Forest, IL.
